As the co-founder and CEO, Bruce is instrumental in driving the company’s mission of operational excellence and ISO compliance through his role as an IRCA-certified Lead Auditor and Responsible Care Auditor. His career began with significant roles at ICI South Africa and CHC Group, culminating in leadership positions that shaped his comprehensive understanding of ISO standards and best practices. Michelle Mills

Michelle Mills co-founded KAIZEN SHEQ alongside Bruce in 2013 and plays a pivotal role in the company’s operational success. With a background as a Project Management Professional and a passion for efficient systems, Michelle manages the back-office operations of KAIZEN SHEQ. Her responsibilities include ensuring the availability of SMEs (trainers and auditors) to meet client demands, overseeing cash flow management crucial to business operations, and maintaining the company’s commitment to exceptional client service.
